The Gulf summer is no longer a season the region designs around; it is the condition the region must design for. Coverage across Gulf and international outlets carried KETURAH's founder urging a fundamental rethink of how luxury homes are built as heat stress intensifies.

Luxury has long sold the Gulf summer as something to be escaped — interiors sealed against the climate. The founder's argument inverts that: a home that merely air-conditions the problem has not solved it, because heat stress is physiological before it is atmospheric.
